Jones × Snag “Golden Goose” Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Sponsors: HC Jones, Inc., dba Quit with Jones and Snag Delivery Inc. (together, “Sponsors”).

1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18+ and the age of majority in their state/territory at time of entry and who, at the time of entry and prize award, are currently enrolled students of one (1) of the following institutions: (i) The Ohio State University; (ii) University of Colorado Boulder; (iii) University of California, Santa Barbara; (iv) Texas Christian University; or (v) Miami University (Ohio) (each, a “Designated School”). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsors and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Sponsors may require verification of current enrollment (e.g., .edu email address from the Designated School, dated proof of enrollment, or other reasonable documentation). Limit one Designated School affiliation per person; entries cannot be reassigned to a different school after submission.

2. Entry Period

Starts 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 15, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Sponsors’ clock is the official timekeeper.

3. How to Enter

You may enter by any (or all) of the methods below during the Entry Period. Entries are subject to verification. Sponsors’ decisions are final and binding. No limit on entries (duplicates/bulk, programmed, or automated entries void). Each entry must identify your Designated School; entries without a school designation may be assigned by Sponsors based on reasonable evidence (e.g., .edu email domain) or deemed ineligible for School Prize drawings. Entries must be created by the entrant and comply with these Rules. Entrants may not create or use multiple accounts, identities, or email addresses to obtain entries.

Purchase on Snag (1 entry per box; students at Designated Schools only): Buy any eligible Jones product on Snag during the giveaway period. Each box purchased = 1 entry automatically credited to the email on your order. Purchase entries are available only to students of the Designated Schools and will be attributed to the student’s Designated School. Canceled or refunded orders will void associated entries.

Social Post (3 entries): Post a photo/video of your Jones box or Jones tin on Instagram or TikTok with #JonesxSnag and #Giveaway, and tag @quitwithjones. Include one of these school tags to be counted for that School’s prize drawing: #OSU, #CUBoulder, #UCSB, #TCU, #MiamiOH. Accounts must be public at the time of drawing; keep the post live through the drawing date. Each qualifying post = 3 entries. Limit 1 post per platform per day will be counted; materially identical/reposted content is a duplicate and void. If other people appear in your post, you represent that you have their permission.
Campus Collaboration Outreach (1 entry): Email events@quitwithjones.com with subject line “Jones × Snag Campus Collab” and include your name and your on-campus org. Sending the email = 1 entry (no obligation to collaborate). Include your Designated School in the email.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase Necessary: During the Entry Period, email events@quitwithjones.com with subject “Jones × Snag AMOE” and include your full name, mailing address, phone, email, and your Designated School. To mirror entry types, include one of the following in the body: “PURCHASE AMOE” (1 entry), “SOCIAL AMOE” (3 entries), or “COLLAB AMOE” (1 entry). Each email is one AMOE request. No limit on AMOE emails. Emails must be sent (and received by Sponsors’ server) by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 15, 2025. Automated, forwarded, routed through bulk services, or script-generated emails are prohibited.

4. Prize, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”), and Odds

One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Golden Goose sneakers (fulfilled as Sponsors’ purchase, gift card, or credit) up to a $700 cap (ARV: up to $700).
Five (5) School Prizes (one per Designated School): one (1) Jones hat (ARV $35) and one (1) $75 Amazon.com Gift Card (subject to issuer terms) (total ARV per School Prize $110). Total ARV of all prizes: $1250.

If winner selects a pair under $700, difference will not be awarded; if over $700, winner may pay the difference. Size, style, and availability restrictions may apply. No cash alternative except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable and not substitutable, except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Odds depend on total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person. Amazon and Golden Goose are not sponsors of and are not affiliated with this Giveaway; brand names used solely to describe prizes.

Tax notice: Winner is responsible for all taxes and will be required to complete a Form W-9; Sponsors may issue an IRS Form 1099 for ARV $600+.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about October 21, 2025, Sponsors will conduct six (6) random drawings from all eligible entries received and properly attributed: one (1) Grand Prize drawing from all Designated Schools combined, and five (5) School Prize drawings (one from each Designated School’s entry pool). A potential Grand Prize winner will be selected first; that person will be ineligible for a School Prize. Potential winners will be notified via the email or social handle associated with the entry and must respond within 3 days with eligibility verification and any required documents; otherwise, an alternate may be selected. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules, Sponsors may require an affidavit of eligibility/liability/publicity release (where lawful). If a Designated School has no eligible entries, Sponsors may award the applicable School Prize by random drawing from all remaining eligible entries or, at Sponsors’ discretion, not award that School Prize.

6. Content Rules (for social entries)

Your post must be original, non-infringing, not unlawful, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, and must not depict unsafe behavior. By posting with the required hashtag(s)/tags, you grant Sponsors a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, repost, and display your post for administration and promotional purposes of this Giveaway, with credit where feasible. You represent you have all rights necessary to grant this license and your post does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. General Conditions

Sponsors may disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Giveaway or violates these Rules, and may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsors. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, corrupted, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries; email or platform filters; or any technical or platform outages. Release: By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsors, their affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize, except to the extent caused by Sponsors’ negligence or willful misconduct. Publicity: Where lawful, entry constitutes permission for Sponsors to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.

8. Platforms and Brand Notice

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. By participating, you completely release Instagram and TikTok from any claims arising out of this Giveaway. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsors, not to those platforms. Golden Goose is not a sponsor of and is not affiliated with this Giveaway; brand name used solely to describe the prize.

9. Privacy

Personal information will be handled per Jones’ Privacy Policy and Snag’s Privacy Policy. Sponsors will also collect and use school affiliation solely to administer school‑specific prizing and to verify eligibility.

10. Disputes; Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws rules. All disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY. Class action waiver: claims must be brought in an individual capacity.

11. Winner List / Rules

For the winner’s name or a copy of these Rules, email events@quitwithjones.com with subject “Winners List: Jones × Snag Golden Goose Giveaway” within 30 days after the drawing.
