While nicotine replacement therapy products have been used for decades and widely studied by the FDA, they are not the most intuitive products to use compared to dare we say it (a vape). We're here to help change that for Jones nicotine mints specifically. 

 

Follow these steps to have the best experience when taking Jones: 
 
1. Fill your reusable travel tin with lozenges for stigma-free use on the go, at work, or out with friends. 

2. Place a lozenge in your mouth between your gums and your cheek. Move the lozenge around your mouth and let it dissolve. This can take up to an hour. 

3. Do not chew or swallow the lozenge. A warm tingling sensation means the lozenge is working.

4. Track nicotine use in the Jones App to see your quitting progress over time. 

Nicotine lozenges can be used every 1-2 hours to control withdrawal symptoms. You can safely consume up to 20 lozenges a day. 

The biggest mistake quitters make is not taking enough lozenges. Quitting is all about trial and error - don't be scared to adjust your lozenge strength or quantity to meet your needs.

Here is the FDA's recommended strength and quantities for a 12-week quit plan:
